If you decide to cancel 1 week before the date that you booked, you will receive a 100% cash back.
In the scenario where the weather does not allow us to perform the tour, you will receive a 100% cash back.
If there is a No Show, or a customer is driving to our location and does not arrive on time, we do not issue a refund. We will wait as much as possible but please understand there are more people in the tour and it is very complicated to have them wait for a long period of time.
